If you’ve done your plumbing fixture requirement research and decide you actually do want to go ahead with the project, then you need to locate a plumbing contractor.
Locating a plumbing contractor

If you’re unable to locate or are not confident with this method, call up your local business directory service or look up the yellow pages. Call up a few contractors and explain your requirement to them and ask for approximate service quotations. Also ask them to refer clients they have done similar work for in the recent past, and speak with these as well about the quality of work done and the cost of the work.
Contracting the job
Identify the one you feel most confident about and call the contractor for a site survey. After studying the site, looking at the blueprint and understanding the hardware you want fixed, the pluming contractor will make you a quotation for the job. Based on your research, you may choose to go ahead with the contract execution.
Ensure that you have checked the contractors references, seen that he is officially qualifies to undertake the job and insured adequately (in some areas this is mandatory). Sign a written contract that binds the contractor to the terms of the work to be accomplished at the specified quotation. Finally set a time and date for the project to be executed.
